Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Love Letter Links is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@loveletterlinks.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Love Letter Links is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or missing after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members

  • Checking with neighbors

  • Contacting your local carrier

  • Waiting 24–48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before arrival

Delayed Deliveries

International Orders
