We want you to love your Love Letter Links piece as much as we loved creating it.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Include all original materials received with the order

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Products showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@loveletterlinks.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Love Letter Links cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be in processing.
